Shillong, Aug 31: The Khasi Authors’Society ( KAS) will take its fight for recognition to Khasi language to New Delhi .
KAS president DRL Nonglait told reporters on Thursday that the society will organise a seminar for two days from September 28 and 29. The participants will be Khasi language experts from the country.

The purpose is to put pressure on the Centre for the Khasi language recognition.
He indicated that the society may also organise a demonstration for the purpos in Delhi.
