Shillong,Oct 25: The CEM of KHADC, T Chyne has ruled out any negative impact due to anti-incumbency for sticking with the NPP and contesting the bypolls.
Speaking to reporters at Mawphlang on Monday, the CEM said since it is a byelection, there would not be much impact compared to the general elections.

He said in Mawphlang, the party expects continuity as the son of SK Sunn is contesting the bypoll.
Besides Mawphlang, UDP is fighting the coalition partner NPP in Rajabala.
The UDP and HSPDP have not put up any candidate in Mawryngkneng.
