Shillong, Sept 16: The KSU has expressed unhappiness over non-inclusion of concerned departments, while discussing the issues related to facilitation centre at Umling, Ri Bhoi district.
After a meeting with the tourism officials on Wednesday (Sept 16), the former KSU general secretary, Donald Thabah said the union is unhappy as only the tourism department is dealing wth facilitation centre at Umling.
