Counter stand

Ujala Yadav, who came to media glare after she revealed information related to Sonam Raghuvanshi, has said she was certain that she saw Sonam and two other men outside Varanasi Railway Station.
Earlier, East Khasi Hills SP Vivek Syiem told the media in Shillong that Sonam, who is the prime accused in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, that Ujala’s claim does not hold water as Sonam was still in Indore.
“I don’t know who she saw… And her claim cannot be taken as fact. This is because Sonam was in Indore till June 8,” he added.
However, when asked, Ujala said she was certain she saw Sonam. She also said one of the persons arrested was the one who dropped Sonam in a vehicle to the railway station.
“His claim that he dropped her at Ghazipur was false. How can someone drop a woman in that isolated highway? The other person was a young person, around 24 years,” said Ujala ( With inputs from Swati Shaiwal from Indore)
