Shillong, Sept 17: The license of some arms is yet to be renewed even after 15 years, according to East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner Abhilash Baranwal
Speaking to reporters, the deputy commissioner said out of 3,000 licensed arms in the district, only 400 were renewed.

The deadline for the renewal ended on September 17.
“We are concerned over the delay on the part of arms license holders to.come and renew”, the deputy commissioner said.
