Shillong, Sept 14: ProVibes, a city-based entertainment company, will launch Scoopcut, a web application for cinephiles on September 17.
Scoopcut is a pay per view movie rental service with a 24-hour viewing window. “The goal is to promote local independent films,” said Banshemphang Tham, proprietor of ProVibes.
