Shillong, March 23: A resident of Kench’s Trace, Laban on Sunday afternoon jumped from Umiam bridge but his body is yet to be traced .
According to a police source, the relatives identified the person as he left behind his sling bag containing his identity card and other documents before jumping from the bridge.

The victim, P Deb, runs a shop selling electronic accessories at Last Stop, Laban.
The motive of the incident is yet to be ascertained.
