Shillong, Sep 23: The Meghalaya Cricket Association on Saturday named a 15-member squad for the first BCCI domestic tournament of the 2023-24 season, the Women’s U-19 One Day Trophy.
The selected cricketers are among the brightest to have shone at the MCA’s recently concluded U-19 Girls’ Inter District Cricket Tournament.
A preparatory camp for the October 8-16 BCCI tournament in Gujarat will begin on September 25 and will run until October 3 in Shillong. Support staff and players hailing from outside Shillong should report for the camp on September 24.
The team, minus the standbys, will then leave for Gujarat on October 5.
