Shillong, June 14: The Meghalaya Human Rights Commission (MHRC) has taken note of the complaint alleging excess and abuse of power by the Officer In-Charge and other police personnel of Dawki Police Station against the Pyrdiwah resident Solin Suting.
The Commission has directed the Director General of Police to submit a detailed report into the incident on or before July 1.
