Shillong, Aug 30: A minor girl was allegedly kidnapped by a suspected Bangladeshi national from her village in South West Khasi Hills district, said a complaint filed by the family.
The FIR lodged with the Nonghyllam police station said the 14-year-old girl went missing from her residence at 6.45 pm on August 28.

The complaint said that the family suspected that one Moiiabul Ali had kidnapped the girl.
The family urged the police to rescue her and take action against the accused.
According to the family sources, the girl was abducted for forced marriage by the Bangladeshi national.
