Shillong, Dec 4: Leader of Opposition Mukul Sangma has ruled out rejoining the Congress.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Mukul said the political climate in the state and the country does not allow him to rejoin the Congress.

To a question on floating a new party, the former chief minister said he did not make any commitment to anyone regarding the matter as he is still with the AITC.
On the bypoll debacle in Gambegre, the AITC leader pointed out that thr goverment machinery was used to win the bypoll.
