Shillong, May 24: Nababrata Bhattacharjee, technical advisor (environment, natural resources) to the state government, has been conferred Times Gems of North East Award in the ‘Excellence in Environment Conservation and Sustainability’ category.
The award has been presented by Times Network, Times News and ET Now Swadesh.
Bhattacharjee has been working on environmental issues for about three decades now. He is also the president of the Meghalaya Cricket Association.
