Shillong, Nov 9: The Embassy of Japan will organise North East Japan Caravan 2023: Shillong in collaboration with the Japan Foundation, New Delhi, and Indian Council for Cultural Relations (North East) from November 17-19.
The events will be held at U Soso Tham Auditorium in the city. The organisers have lined up an array of events. The first day will see judo and karate workshops. The three-day festival will also have cosplay, anime screenings, calligraphy and origami workshops.
