Shillong, June 23:The state government has started the export of Lakadong turmeric to Netherlands and UK.
Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Wednesday congratulated Agriculture minister, the department and entrepreneurs who made this possible.

“Moving forward to provide better market linkage and better value for their products a flag off programme of Export of Lakadong Turmeric to Netherlands and UK was done today. Congrats to the Agri Minister, department and entrepreneurs who made this possible”, Sangma tweeted.
