Shillong, Feb 28: The new KHADC administration has listed four priorities including restricting trading license to trades which can be managed by locals.
The new Chief Executive Member of KHADC Shemborlang Rynjah said the four priorities include streamlining the administration of the council, trade license, simplifying the procedure of building rules and review ofl recruitment policy.

Earlier, VPP president Ardent Basaiawmoit told reporters that the party will avoid any confrontation with the state government.
