Indore/Shillong,Nov 29: Vipin Raghuvanshi, the brother of Raja Raghuvanshi, has expressed shock over the lack of remorse on the part of Sonam and four others, who were involved in murdering his brother.
The court of the district and sessions judge examined Vipin for three days from November 26.
Sonam, Raj Singh Kushwaha, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Aakash Singh Rajput and Anand Kurmi were produced from District Jail, Shillong via video conference.
Vipin was also present in the court when charges were framed against the accused.
Speaking to reporters. Vipin expressed shock over Sonam and fourth other four not showing any remorse or fear for punishment for the crime committed.
“What shocked me when the accused were produced through video conferencing, is that there was no sign of guilt on their faces. There was no fear or remorse on Sonam’s face. They looked happy, though they committed a heinous crime. If a person is jailed, he or she should fear the punishment, but not all the accused showed any such thing. Though Shilong is not their native place, as they are far from MP, they appear to be cool. They appeared wearing new clothes every day. I think someone is helping them there. I will ensure that the person who is helping them is exposed.
Bipin said he was ready to appear before the court at any time to ensure that justice is delivered.
