Shillong, Oct 25: The probe into the allegations of BJP MDC Bernard Marak regarding uranium mining in South Garo Hills proved to be wrong.
An official said that after the Deputy Commissioner sought a report on the matter, the SP and the Block Development Officer carried out an investigation and found that there was no uranium mining.
