The director referred to the recent protest by the HYC on January 19 at NEIGRIHMS.
Through the director apologised, the HYC did not carry on with the meeting.

Synrem said the HYC had written to the director on five issues which pertain to the recruitment of nurses by Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET), outsourcing agency from the state, 80% reservation for local in Group C&D, and one time policy for nurses who have served for many years in the hospital, among others.

Though the HYC will not meet the director soon, they decided to wait for another call from the director to fix a meeting to discuss the issues.
