Shillong, April 16: Nongstoin diocese got a new Bishop on Sunday after the episcopal ordination of Fr. Wilbert Marwein at St. Peter Parish Church in Nongstoin.
Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, who attended the function, congratulated the Bishop.
