Shillong, Feb 19: After the joining of Congress MDCs- Carness Sohshang and Batskhem Ryntathiang and ex- MDC Donovan Kharwanlang in Monday, the NPP hopes that this will make a difference in the Lok Sabha polls to ensure the victory of its candidate Ampareen Lyngdoh.
After their induction, NPP national president Conrad Sangma said that the joining of the MDCs will strengthen the party.

The chief minister urged the party workers to work harder so that NPP can secure Shillong Lok Sabha seat.
