Shillong, April 30: The NPP in Garo Hills is in favour of sending party leader James Sangma to Rajya Sabha.
The tenure of the present Rajya Sabha member WR Kharlukhi ends in June.

Party sources said that James is the choice of NPP for the lone Rajya Sabha seat.
