Shillong, March 14: The people of Maikhuli, Meghalaya People’s Social Organisation and the traditional head have opposed handing over of a fishery pond at Maikhuli to Assam.
The delegation met the chief minister Conrad Sangma and submitted a memorandum in this regard on Monday.
