Shillong, Oct 26: The state government has declared October 30 as paid holiday under the NI Act, 1881, to all public/private and industrial enterprises, including shops and factories, falling under Mawryngkneng and Mawphlang Assembly constituencies in East Khasi Hills and Rajabala constituency in West Garo Hills for the bypolls.
