Shillong, March 10: Senior Congress leader PN Syiem quit the party on Tuesday.
When contacted, Syiem said he is yet to decide on the next course of action.

In the resignation letter addressed to KC Venugopal MP, the General Secretary
All India Congress Committee, Syiem blamed the Central leadership of the party for not effecting change of leadership at the state level.
