Shillong, June 24: The Special Investigation Team(SIT) on Wednesday recovered a pistol, ammunition and cash from Silome James, a co-accused in Raja Raghuvanshi case.
In a statement, East Khasi Hills SP Vivek Syiem said that on Wednesday afternoon, on the leading of the accused James, a country made pistol with two magazines and two .32 ammunition was recovered by the SIT from a stream and Rs 50,000 from his I10 car (MP09WG 2352) which he took out from the laptop bag of Raj. The bag is burnt and he claimed that the laptop was thrown on the road side and could not be found.
