Shillong, June 21: Police have registered a case following two FIRs on the clash of BSF and locals at Kuliang, East Jaintia Hills.
After the BSF lodged a complaint that its men were attacked by sugar smuggling group in the village that followed entry into a house by two BSF men, the occupants of the residence alleged assault and molestation by the BSF.

A police official said since there are two FIRs, the concerned parties are being summoned for questioning as part of the investigation.
