Shillong, March 22: After a video has surfaced on social media on Wednesday regarding a man walking naked on Shillong Civil Hospital premises, police have started investigation into the matter.
A police official said an investigation into the matter is on and the police are also ascertaining the words along with the video that the man cut his throat.
