Shillong,July 4: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma has said it would take some more weeks to address the power cuts in the state.
“We have worked even for the timings of the loadshedding to be changed and those have been changed as far as possible. It is a concern and we are trying to address the issue at the earliest,” Sangma told reporters after the cabinet meeting.

Giving the reasons for the state’s decision to impose load shedding, he said at least five units- three outside the state -are not working which normally never happens.
