Shillong,March 19: Pressure is mounting on Shillong MP and MPCC president, Vincent Pala to contest from Sutnga, East Jaintia Hills.
Sutnga is currently represented by Congress turned AITC MLA Shitlang Pale who represented the constituency thrice.

When contacted on Saturday, Pala admitted about the pressure from voters to contest from Sutnga where his village is located.
“It is upto the high command to decide on the matter. I have sent a note to the AICC in this regard. I will accept whatever decision is taken by Delhi whether I should contest or carry on with the party activities without contesting”, Pala said.
