Shillong, Nov 21: Tremors were felt in Shillong at 10.09 am on Friday.
The tremors were stronger in Kolkata and parts of West Bengal and the North East following a 5.5 magnitude earthquake in Dhaka. Six people reportedly died and several were injured in Bangladesh in the morning quake.

The epicentre was in the Ghorashal area in Narsingdi district in Bangladesh.
