Shillong, Oct 9: President of India on Saturday appointed justice Ranjit Vasantrao More of High Court of Meghalaya as its Chief Justice.
Earlier, the Supreme Court collegium had recommended Chief Justice of High Court of Meghalaya Biswanath Somadder to take over as Sikkim High Court CJ.

His appointment was also approved by the President.
