Shillong, Feb 20: Film star Ravi Kishan has assured setting up a film institute in the city to help the local talents.
Addressing a press conference in the city on Monday, Kishan said the Prime Minister is keen to up a film institute/city as people in Meghalaya are talented in arts and music.

To a question, Kishan, who acted in more than 700 films, said once elected to power, the government will announce a film policy which will pave way for the film institute in Shillong.
