Shillong, Oct 13: The pressure groups of Rongjeng, including GSU and FKJGP among others, have sought the intervention of Chief Minister Conrad 6 for the proper construction of Rongjeng Model College.
The three-storey building of the college is incomplete as well as hostels for boys and girls.

They also urged Chief Minister Conrad Sangma to set up an exam centre in Rongjeng for HSSLC, completion of Rongjeng Naringre residential school,and upgradation of Rongmil sub centre to PHC.
