Russell Peters to perform today

Shilong, March 26: The city will host its major international stand-up comedy show, with global comedy icon Russell Peters performing live to a completely packed audience.
Peters has already arrived in Shillong and is currently exploring the city ahead of his performance. He has expressed his appreciation for the city’s unique vibe and is looking forward to performing for the audience this evening.
The show will take place March 27, at the Lariti International Centre for Performing Arts and Culture. With tickets fully sold out, audiences are advised to arrive by 5:00 PM ahead of the 6:00 PM show, to comfortably experience the venue atmosphere, including stalls and beverages.
Peters, one of the world’s most successful stand-up comedians, is on his India tour and selected Shillong as his exclusive stop in North East India. Known for his sharp observational humor and multicultural storytelling, Peters has performed to arenas across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.
