Shillong, June 4: Saleng Sangma of the Congress was declared the winner from Tura Parliamentary seat by the Returning Officer, on Tuesday.
He defeated his rival NPP candidate and outgoing MP Agatha Sangma by a margin of over 1,55,241 votes.
