Shillong, Jan 10: The National People’s Party has welcomed former MLA of Sohiong constituency, Samlin Malngiang from the HSPDP to the NPP.
He will be the candidate of the party from Sohiong.

The induction was held in the presence of Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma, Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong, NPP state President Dr. W R Kharlukhi, NPP state vice president Donkupar War, MLA of Nartiang Sniawbhalang Dhar, NPP state spokesperson Ampareen Lyngdoh, NPP leaders Kimfa Sidney Marbaniang, Kennedy Cornelius Khyriem, and state secretary Bajop Pyngrope, among others.
