50 gm of wheat flour; 7.5 gm of oil; 40 gm of curd; 50 gm of onions; 100 gm of tomatoes; toppings as per your choice. If you are using mushrooms, you need to sauté it before using it as topping; salt; oregano; chilli flakes; a teaspoon of chopped garlic; ¼ teaspoon each of baking soda and powder; 40 gm cheese.

How to make it

Mix baking soda and powder in 5 gm of oil. Now mix it with flour, curd, salt and water to make a very soft dough. Let it rest while we make our sauce and chop veggies.
Sauce: We will use this amount of sauce for 2-3 pizzas. Heat 5 gm of oil and add garlic to it. Sauté it for 30 seconds and add finely chopped onions to it. Add finely chopped tomatoes when the onions turn light golden brown in colour. Add salt, oregano and chilli flakes and let it cook with a lid on for about 5-6 min. Once tomatoes are cooked properly, grind it to coarse paste.
Heat a pan and flatten the dough using your fingers up to the required thickness. Transfer this flattened dough to the heated pan. Turn the flame to low. Flip it to other side once you see the bubbles.
Add sauce, toppings and cheese and let it cook for 10-12 minutes on low flame. Please note if your pan base is very light, place in on a hot tawa.
You know your pizza is done when you see a crispy base. Sprinkle some oregano and enjoy your pizza.
