Shillong, May 23: Swapnil Bhattacharya from Laitumkrah locality in Shillong, who cleared the civil services examination by securing 344th rank, said serious aspirants can excel in UPSC exams.

Swapnil: Feeling happy and grateful
2. How was your preparation?
Swapnil: Preparation was quite normal like any other aspirant.
3.What is your message to the youths here who are preparing for the civil service exams ?
Swapnil: No real advice for aspirants. Serious candidates would do the needful.
4. A little bit about your family back ground, your education and the struggle you went through
Swapnil: Both the parents are retired central government employees. No struggle as such. Did my schooling from St Edmunds.
5. Which streams you completed when you attempted civil services?
Swapnil: Graduate in Physics from Delhi University.
