Shillong, April 19: The city temperature soared on Wednesday to 29.1 degree Celsius.
According to Upper Shillong Meteorological Centre, the maximum temperature recorded was 29.1 and the minimum 18.3.

For the last one week, the maximum temperature varied from 27 to 28 degree Celsius and it further rose to 29.1 on Wednesday.
Sohra recorded a maximum of 26.9 and minimum of 18.0 while Umiam had 33.2 and 17.4 respectively.
