Shillong, March 30: Silome James, one of the accused in Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, appeared before the court here on Monday.
Advocate Devesh Sharma (in picture), who accompanied James, said the charges against him are conspiracy and sections under Arms Act.

The second chargesheet found James guilty of the offence under Arms Act.
