Shillong, July 4: The court of judicial magistrate (first class) DKK Mihsill granted further judicial custody of the prime accused in Raja murder case, Sonam Raghuvanshi and Raj Kushwaha to 14 more days, said assistant public prosecutor Tushar Chanda, who represented the prosecution.
The Judge reviewed the judicial custody via video conference on Friday afternoon.

Chanda said there was a reference by the police that the Investigation Officer may seek police custody.
“A petition can be filed before the court by the police if more days of police custody are needed, Chanda said.
