Shillong,Nov 28: Three MLAs, HM Shangpliang ( Congress turned TMC), Benedic Marak and Ferlin Sangma- both NPP- are currently meeting the Assembly Speaker Metbah Lyngdoh on Monday to discuss about their resignation as MLAs.
They are set to join the BJP.
