Shillong, May 19: Many ambulances with patients were stuck on the road in parts of the city on Monday due to prolonged traffic snarl.

Atleast two ambulances did not get any space to move forward near Barik point.
When asked, the traffic personnel were seen helpless in easing the movement of the ambulances due to the increase in number of vehicles on the narrow roads coupled with haphazard parking of vehicles.
