Shillong, June 15: Police on Tuesday arrested two drug peddlers along with heroin in the city.
Police said 195.84 gm of heroin was seized from the residence of a person at Demthring, Madanrting.

East Khasi Hills Superintendent of Police Sylvester Nongtnger said another drug peddler was also arrested near his residence.
While searching his vehicle, Rs 3,28,000 was found concealed in a black polythene bag.
Later, Rs 1,08,600 was also seized from the residence of another peddler.
Police registered a case in this regard, the SP said.
