Shillong, Oct 14: Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar will visit Shillong on October 16.
This is his maiden visit to the state.

The vice president will preside as chief guest and lay the foundation stone of the Meghalaya Skill and Innovation Hub at Mawdiangdiang in New Shillong.
An official source said on Monday that he will attend a meeting at convention centre at 3 pm besides visiting technology park and Assembly building.
On October 17, he will visit Sohra before leaving for New Delhi.
