Shillong, May 22: After 17 high-risk primary contacts of the Covid-19 patients at Nongthymmai, Dienglieng and Lumkir hamlets of Mawber village under Mawryngkneng Community and Rural Development Block have refused to undergo testing and are mingling around the area without following isolation protocols, the East Khasi Hills district administration has declared the area as containment zone.
