Shillong, Sept 26: The FKJGP has announced a public rally on October 21 against unemployment.
Addressing a press conference on Monday, FKJGP president Dundee C Khongsit said the initiative is after many youths had approached the organisation by airing their grievances on job opportunities.

He said there are many vacancies in government departments which need to be filled up.
To a question whether roster system as ordered by the court is delaying the appointments, Khongsit said the order on roster system came only this year but there are many vacancies pending before that.
He also expressed concern over alleged nepotism in government jobs, contractual appointments and unnecessary appointment of consultants.
