3 deaths, over 500 Covid cases in state

Shillong, June 26: The state recorded three deaths on Saturday and over 500 fresh cases of Covid-19.

Ri Bhoi, West Garo Hills and South West Garo Hills reported one death each, taking the toll to 817.

East Khasi Hills recorded the highest number of day’s cases at 148, followed by West Jaintia Hills at 92. The day’s caseload was at 505.

The day’s recoveries stood at 499. The number active cases in the state now stands at 4,668.
