3. T-shirts & Bib Numbers will be distributed on 19th & 20th of September from JN Stadium, Polo Grounds.
4. The race will start from Laitsohpliah (6km ahead of Mawkdok bridge) and ends at Mawsmai (Nohsngithiang Falls viewpoint)
5. The race categories are:
   1. 21K Elite Open (above 18yrs Men & Women)
   2. 21 K Open (above 18yrs)
   3. 10K Open (40yrs to below 50yrs)
   4. 10K Open (50yrs to below 60yrs)
   5. 10K Veteran (Above 60yrs)

• Run for Fun Registration is both Online & Offline. Registration place is MSOA Office in JN Stadium & Sohra Shop near Petrol Pump, Lad Thanad.
• Free transportation will be provided from Shillong to Sohra and back.
