Shillong, May 30: CSWO president Agnes Kharshiing on Monday sought the judicial inquiry report on the death of former HNLC leader Cherishstarfield Thangkhiew.
Kharshiing filed the RTI application before the public information officer, political department.

Earlier on May 20, the retired Chief Justice T Vaiphei, who headed the one-man judicial inquiry commission, had submitted the probe report to Chief Minister Conrad Sangma.
After HYC had petitioned the chef minister to release the report to the family of Thangkhiew and make it public, the latter said certain procedures will have to be followed before releasing it.
